Lord Byron got it just right

She walks in beauty like the night

Of cloudless climes and starry skies;

And all that's best of dark and bright

Meets in her aspect and her eyes:

Thus mellow'd to that tender light

Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

OOOh! Coolies! - that is to Sassy!

One of Her students put the poem up on his blog for his homework, so She copied it over to here and put the starry skies picture she took, with it.
